Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about QFM’s programs and
how we work with organizations.

General Questions

What companies, industries, or sectors do you typically serve?

We seek to partner with employee-centric companies from various industries which are interested in building and enhancing their employee development programs.

What is the expected duration of a typical QFM consulting engagement?
We customize our engagements to the needs and circumstances of each client; therefore, we expect that timetables will vary accordingly.
Can you customize programs for our industry?
Yes. While our methodology is systematic, we tailor examples, applications, and delivery format to your specific industry and organizational context.

Program Questions

What's the difference between your approach and traditional management training?
We emphasize development which promotes self-sufficiency, building ever-increasing skill in responding effectively to situations by asking questions according to our QFM Principle. We avoid significant investments in concepts and theories, instead delivering responses for everyday activities with “how-to”, “do-this”, and “here’s why” guidance.
What's included in a typical engagement?
We will meet to get acquainted and learn about your needs, from which we will draft and deliver to you a program recommendation. Subject to your changes and if we earn your confidence to proceed, we will draft and deliver to you an implementation plan for your review and approval. Once we reach consensus, we will proceed as planned.

Getting Started

How do we get started?
Schedule a consultation to discuss your organization’s needs!
What's the typical timeline from consultation to project launch?
Consulting engagement start dates will vary based on a combination of factors, including client needs, resulting planning and preparation requirements, and other consulting projects already in progress.
Do you provide materials and resources?
Our services include access to our QFM Client Portal which contains computerized learning templates and other reference materials which are available for use during the project or ongoing thereafter subject to our licensing agreement.
