How Our Program Works
The QFM Program delivers all the tools and resources its users need to master the essential skills for long-term career success.
Why It’s Important
1. Control
People who believe they have a grasp on what they are trying to accomplish, such as career skill-building, experience strong feelings of control.
2. Hope
People who believe they are in control are considerably more hopeful about future outcomes.
3. Motivation
People who are hopeful are much more likely to be and remain motivated to pursue desired outcomes.
4. Achievement
Motivated people achieve progress towards their objectives, which reinforce feelings of control, and which start the Control Loop cycle again.

About Tom Berutti
Our founder, Tom, searched very early in his career for those traits that seemed to be common among successful people he knew. He ultimately identified one which they all seemed to share: they responded to situations first by asking questions rather than reacting.
As a result, Tom adopted this “questions-first” approach to managing himself, then the people he supported, and it became the guiding principle which he believes contributed more than anything to his and their success.
Tom has 40 years of experience, beginning with a Big 4 professional services firm, followed by various corporate roles as an assistant controller of a regional, privately held company and as director of internal audit and then vice president of finance for a multinational entity. Since 2015, Tom and his wife have co-owned a small business which has grown to 3 locations in the metropolitan area where they live.
